Harmony Bootcamp is free for all Harmony residents, proudly supported by AVID Property Group.

Full Body Fitness has been operating for over eight years, creating a supportive fit-fam community right here in Harmony. It’s a place where you can train with like-minded people, build friendships, and enjoy a healthy, happy lifestyle. 🙂

Session Times

Monday, 5:45pm
Wednesday, 5:45pm
Thursday, 5:45pm

Each session runs for 45 minutes and takes place at Palmview Secondary School (enter through the left or centre gate of the car park). How to Book
